Adaption of a hotel into a hospital
The challenge
They needed to reuse as much existing equipment as possible, implement highly versatile unit to adapt to the current installation and fit out rooms for operating theaters.
The solution
Keyter opted for a multi-purpose 4-pipe unit for simultaneous generation of cooling and heating. This unit obtains 220kW of cooling power and 260kW of heating power in nominal conditions with possibility of polyvalent generation, cold or heat to adapt itself to the installation’s demand. High efficiency scroll compressors and total condensing heat recovery for combined EER/COP performance higher than 6.5.
