Atecyr, in collaboration with ABORA and KEYTER, organizes the technical workshops:
Sep. 27 in Valencia
Sep. 28 in Madrid
The Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan (PNIEC) 2021-2030 elaborates on several strategic vectors for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, increasing the use of renewable energies in relation to total final energy consumption, improving energy efficiency, and promoting the utilization of renewable energies in electricity generation.
The penetration of renewables in the electricity sector and their unquestionable contribution to reducing CO2 emissions make electrification one of the main vectors for achieving decarbonization goals. In addition, increased electrification of other energy demands, such as mobility, heating and cooling, or other industrial uses, is a key tool in this regard.
During these sessions, a series of technological solutions and several high-energy efficiency and low CO2 emissions case studies will be presented as a proposal for replacing heat production equipment in thermal installations currently reliant on fossil fuels with electric heat pumps. These heat pumps will utilize renewable energy sources (such as solar thermal, aerothermal, geothermal, and/or hydrothermal) and/or waste heat from the installation itself (heat recovery), in combination with hybrid solar panels (thermal + photovoltaic).
ABORA designs and manufactures hybrid solar panels with aHTech® technology that generate electricity and hot water with a single panel. The combination of both technologies allows for an 89% efficiency, certified by the most prestigious seal (Solar Keymark), currently positioning it as the highest-performing solar panel on the market. However, this increased performance is the path to achieving its primary goal: being the most cost-effective panel in the market. ABORA’s hybrid technology is revolutionizing the solar market, achieving greater energy savings and increased sustainability in buildings, quadrupling the benefits (economic and emissions-related) compared to traditional photovoltaic panels.
KEYTER is a group of industrial companies dedicated to the design, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of solutions based on heating, cooling, ventilation, and industrial air purification technologies (HVAC+R).
We are recognized for our work in R&D and our commitment to the development of projects related to technological innovation and environmental preservation. Our global strategy is focused on the industrial development of new technological solutions based on synergies between air conditioning, refrigeration, renewable energies, and other related technologies.
